Technology & SaaS Sales Recruitment Scotland
- SaaS, software, fintech & data sales
- Senior-led searches, no account managers
- SRUK Fit Score on every shortlist
- Edinburgh, Glasgow & Dundee coverage
Scotland has a real technology economy now, and Sales Recruit UK recruits the salespeople who drive it. Our technology and SaaS sales recruitment work covers software, SaaS, fintech, data and managed-services businesses — companies where the sale is consultative, the buyer is technical or commercial depending on the deal, and the difference between a good and a poor salesperson shows up directly in pipeline and conversion.
The market clusters in a few places, and we run searches into all of them: the fintech, data and software base in Edinburgh, the growing tech and software scene in Glasgow, and the games, biotech-tech and digital cluster around Dundee. Much of the work sits alongside B2B sales recruitment, and we place across both.
We hire across the full sales structure — SDRs and BDRs, account executives, account management and customer success, sales engineering and pre-sales, through to Sales Director and VP Sales level. We also recruit GTM Engineers and RevOps hires for tech businesses. Every brief is run by a senior consultant who scopes and shortlists it personally.
We build shortlists around how your business actually sells — your motion, your sales cycle and your buyer. Three or four candidates who fit, each with the SRUK Fit Score.
We work with technology and SaaS sales professionals across Scotland. Live vacancies are on our jobs board — send your CV and we'll be in touch.
Tech sales hiring moves fast and breaks expensively. We build a brief around how your business actually sells, run a structured search against it, and score every candidate against six brief-specific dimensions in the SRUK CV.
