Sales Recruit UK is a specialist sales recruitment agency. Every brief is run by Robert McGougan or Derek Anderson personally. The fifty-plus years of combined sales recruitment experience in the firm sit on the search itself, not on the introduction call. A research function supports the sourcing work, but the consultant who scopes your brief is the consultant who shortlists. There are no account managers and no junior researchers between you and the senior consultant on the brief.
Most sales hires fail because the role was never properly understood — by the recruiter, by the hiring manager, or both.
