Sales Recruit UK — long known across Scotland as Sales Recruit Scotland — is a specialist sales recruitment agency with its head office in Bellshill, in the heart of North Lanarkshire. Lanarkshire is our doorstep, not a territory we cover from a distance: we know the industrial estates along the M74 and M8, the manufacturers and distributors in Hamilton and Coatbridge, and the salespeople who actually move product in this market.
Lanarkshire’s commercial base is built on construction products, engineering and fabrication, industrial and process manufacturing and the energy supply chain. Our placement work here concentrates on Construction, Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing and Energy & Renewables sales — including technical and sales-engineer roles where the recruiter has to understand the route to market, the buyer and the technical content as well as the salesperson does. We hire from individual contributors through to Sales Director level, across field sales, key accounts, business development, technical sales and commercial leadership.
