A SaaS SDR starts at £33K base / £49K OTE — the highest entry base in the guide. A mid-market AE sits at £56K base / £104K OTE on a 50/50 mix (RepVue UK median £75K / £140K — a sample that skews to London-hub tech employers).
An enterprise AE sits at £84K base / £158K OTE, top performers to £435K — but only 42.7% hit quota (RepVue), so OTE is a target, not an expectation.
