The Client

A well-established international, market leader in the IT sector with a broad offering across software, hardware and integrated systems. Our client has operations in every major territory across the world and seeks to strengthen its UK sales operations to take advantage of shifting opportunities within the UK market within the ERP sector.


The Role

This is a new role within the UK business unit, that will see you take charge of a burgeoning ERP software sales team. You will be responsible for shaping and recruiting the ERP sales team across the country, designing and implementing a UK sales plan and providing direction and accountability for the growth of this business.

Very much a hands-on sales role, you’ll be expected to lead from the front, create systems and work-flows to suit and combine an individual sales contribution with managing and developing your team.


The Candidate

You are an experienced, hands-on, sales leader with a track record of growing business in the ERP sector. It’s likely that you can demonstrate prior experience of developing a team and growing business on a national basis within this space.


The Rewards

Basic salary of up to £150,000 along with a generous bonus structure that will see your annual earnings reach circa £250,000. You can expect a generous package that includes car allowance, expenses, private health care, private pension scheme and more.
