The Client

Our client is a growing distribution business expanding fast in the KBB sector — kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The Role

Based at the Clydebank branch and regularly out on the patch, you’ll sell to professional trade contractors — bathroom installers, fitters and building trades who value a supplier who makes their life easier. The selling is consultative: helping customers spec the right products for the job, solving problems, and becoming the first phone call they make. You’ll build an account base that comes back again and again, working with a small team towards a collective target — so the culture is collaborative rather than cut-throat, and the relationships you build keep paying long after the month ends.


The Candidate

You’ve got B2B sales experience — what you sold and who you sold it to is wide open — and you’re tired of the high-pressure version of this career: the monthly reset, the churn-and-burn, the pipeline that evaporates every four weeks. You’d rather build something. You’re hungry but grounded, genuinely down to earth, and happy to roll your sleeves up in a business where nobody says “that’s not my job.” In return you get what salespeople from outside this industry rarely get offered: a way in.


The Rewards

£30,000–£32,000 basic depending on experience, plus around £10,000 a year in team-based bonus — realistic total earnings in the region of £42,000.
