The Role

As National Sales Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a team of six Area Sales Managers across the country. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role, spending the majority of your time in the field — coaching, supporting, and helping your team win.

You’ll drive value-based selling, ensure consistent pipeline management, and uphold the company’s exceptional reputation for quality, service, and reliability.

  • Proven success leading and improving the performance of B2B field sales teams
  • Strong coaching, motivation, and people-development skills
  • Experience driving growth through value-based, solution-led selling
