The Role

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team — raising standards, building confidence, and unlocking their full potential.
  • Create, implement, and embed a structured sales playbook that delivers repeatable success.
  • Drive new business growth across digital-first clients, agencies, and influencers.
  • Support the team in quick-cycle deal closing, ensuring speed and accuracy in execution.
  • Set ambitious but achievable goals, removing limiting beliefs and instilling a winning mindset.
  • Lead from the front, combining hands-on selling with strategic leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term sales strategy.

The Candidate

 

  • A proven sales leader with experience in digital, online, or SaaS solutions.
  • An early-career senior leader — ambitious, hungry, and ready to step up quickly.
  • Strong track record of closing fast-cycle deals and driving high-volume conversions.
  • Experience in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • High energy, passionate, and engaging with the ability to inspire others.
  • Commercially sharp and metrics-driven, able to design and deliver structure and process.
  • Ambitious, career-focused, and excited by the prospect of fast progression into a C-level leadership role.
