With a strong parent group, an experienced technical sales team and an excellent market reputation, the company now seeks a commercially driven leader to take full ownership of its next stage of growth.
As General Manager / Managing Director, you’ll take full P&L responsibility for the operation and lead a stable, experienced team.
This is a leadership role with real autonomy — you’ll set strategy, drive performance and ensure the business continues to deliver strong results and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business with full P&L accountability
Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies
Strengthen key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Lead, motivate and support a long-serving technical sales team
Manage budgets, margin performance and operational delivery
Report directly to group board level on financial and commercial performance
You’ll be a proven B2B commercial leader with experience in trade, distribution, or technical sales environments.
This position requires a confident, people-focused manager who combines sales acumen with sound operational and financial understanding.
