The Role

This is a standout opportunity to join a growing, international technology business at the early stage of its UK expansion.  We’re looking for an ambitious, early-career Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business across Scotland — with a clear path to Regional Sales Manager, building and leading your own team.

This is a role for someone who wants more than just a job — it’s a chance to plant your flag, build a region and grow with the business.

  • 100% new business focus across the Central Belt and wider Scotland
  • Target sectors include; Security, Construction, Hospitality, Industrial, Airports, Hospitals
  • Selling a cost-saving, ROI-driven solution — easy to demonstrate value
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Identifying upsell opportunities across the wider product portfolio
  • Building a pipeline and developing long-term customer relationships

The Candidate

  • 1–3 years’ sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Background could include popular B2B products/solutions like Telecomms, Mobiles, Utilities, Payments etc.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new customers
  • Driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential
  • Someone who wants to progress into leadership and build a team
