Area Sales Manager – Construction / Building Systems

The Role

Home based but spending most your time in the field visiting customers, you’ll call upon Local Authorities, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers & Building Surveyors to talk to them about their building projects and recommend the best possible solutions to suit their needs. In the role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, becoming an indispensable support, helping them to achieve their project aims.

The Candidate

You’ll be an experienced construction specification sales person with a solid understanding of the building envelope and the built environment. You’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of selling construction products and systems into a design-led environment such as architects, civil engineers, structural engineers or similar.
