This is a long-established UK manufacturer entering an exciting new phase of growth.
Traditionally recognised for its reliable, legacy product ranges, the business has recently undergone major investment — bringing in new design capability, new product innovation and a revitalised approach to the market.
With a strong reputation and loyal customer base already in place, the next stage is to take these new ideas to market — educating existing customers, re-energising long-term relationships and driving fresh opportunities throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland (1 trip every 12 weeks).
We’re not focused on one specific background — what matters most is how you approach sales.
You’ll likely have experience managing trade or retail accounts, working for a manufacturer or distributor, or driving regional growth within a B2B environment.
This is not a role for box-tickers or merchandisers; it’s for a salesperson who can educate, influence and build real partnerships.
You’ll bring:
A successful track record in business-to-business or account-based sales
Experience managing a territory or portfolio of trade or retail customers
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
Confidence introducing new ideas and educating customers on product benefits
Drive, curiosity and the motivation to build something long-term
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established territory that’s full of untapped potential.
Your goal will be to introduce customers to the company’s new product innovations while strengthening existing relationships through service, education and commercial partnership.
You’ll be the visible face of the brand — developing business across trade, retail and distribution channels, planning territory activity, and delivering tangible growth through a mix of account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing customer base across Scotland and Northern Ireland
Re-engage lapsed or underperforming accounts through relationship building and education
Introduce and promote new product ranges to showcase the company’s investment and innovation
Identify and secure new commercial opportunities across the region
Represent the brand professionally, delivering exceptional service and long-term value
