A rapidly expanding global software firm that has built a strong reputation in the UK over the last ten years. Several years of development have culminated in their most recent product launch which has been received extremely well in the UK, causing extensive disruption to some traditional business processes. They are well funded and fully expect to grow from around 200 to 1000 staff in the next few years. This role will spearhead their continued attack on the Enterprise market in the UK. You will not be disappointed with the scope for growth and further development in this position.
It’s likely that you are a proven software/SaaS sales person with Enterprise account experience. After a few successful years in individual contributor roles, you moved into a leadership position where you have proven yourself. You might be ready for the next step in your career or a current Sales Director looking for better scope.
This is a hands-on sales leader role where you will coach and support an initial team of four which you will grow to ten very quickly. Your team will mainly be comprised of Account Executive’s and Senior Account Executive’s who will target companies with revenues anywhere from £250m to £1bn+. You will support your team in closing large/complex deals while also having sales responsibility for accounts on a monthly basis.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead by example.
