We’re looking for an experienced salesperson who has the knowledge and know-how to navigate the social-housing landscape. You’ll be a career-driven, salesperson with a strategic approach, someone who is adept at building relationships and credibility with your customers. Working with local authorities, housing associations, specialist contractors and trade wholesalers, you’ll keep abreast of new-build housing and refurbishment projects working with key stakeholders to provide them with solutions to suit their needs, from design stage right through to job completion. This is a project-driven sales role, that will see you inherit a mature customer base and enjoy brand recognition within the sector. You can expect your sales numbers to be driven by your strategic approach to managing projects and adopting a trusted-advisor type presence with your customers.
This is a challenging and varied role where you’ll really make a difference to people’s lives through implementing new IoT and connected technology that keeps them and their families safe.
