This senior sales role requires you to have an aptitude for really getting ‘under the skin’ of complex customers, profiling them correctly and understanding how they’re organised internally. You will have the skill to decipher entire decision-making units to ensure that you are abreast of when decisions are being made and who is making them. Your ultimate aim is to ensure that our client is the supplier of choice at both design and implementation stages.
We’re open to considering those from various product or services backgrounds but what is essential is a demonstrable track record of dealing with customers within the Rail sector.
This is a senior and prestigious sales role within the business where you will be given a huge amount of autonomy and responsibility to develop their Rail division even further. Our client has a long-standing reputation within this sector with a host of significant wins achieved over the years. In this role you will develop business opportunities within Rail projects such as HS2, from design stage through to construction. You’ll work with all major decision makers and stakeholders within engineering and design, contracting and build, dealing with track operators, engineers and sub-contractors.
In addition to involvement in specific projects, you’ll also help to further promote and build their Rail brand profile within the industry as a whole, developing strong relationships with relevant construction and infrastructure entities throughout the UK.
