A global business with a real manufacturing pedigree gained from over 100 years as market leader within their sector. They invest heavily in R&D, innovation, sustainability and their people. Their order book is full and recent large investments in infrastructure are starting to yield results. They are now looking to add to their Senior Management Team with the addition of a Head of Marketing.
It’s likely that you are a senior marketing leader with experience of leading teams and designing/implementing marketing strategies for a large B2B organisation. Luxury brand exposure is beneficial but not essential.
You will have full responsibility for designing and implementing the overall Marketing strategy and communications plan with the aim of raising the corporate brand profile and supporting the key internal and external messages. You will lead, coach and support the wider Marketing team and provide an environment that supports the exploration of new partnerships that ensures they meet and exceed their market share and sustainability ambitions.
Your ultimate goal is to maximise the leverage of their sustainable product, price, placement and promotion for optimum market share, creating new markets and consolidating their position as the global market leader in their field.
