The business has a fantastic culture, where sales people are well supported by a back-office team who do everything they can to make the job easier for their field-based team members. You’ll report directly to the Scottish Business Unit Manager and will have genuine input into the direction of the business as well as have the opportunity to share in the profits.
We’re looking for a driven, business-to-business field sales person from a fast-paced environment who thrives on building relationships.
You can expect an equal split between seeking out new sales opportunities within existing accounts and developing new business. Working with a diverse range of customers across the West of Scotland in a buoyant sector, dealing with professional buyers, middle-managers and business owners within a professional, yet down-to-earth market sector, that is receptive to dealing with field sales executives as an essential part of the success of their own businesses.
