It is likely that you are a senior Business Development professional with a proven track record of success in securing profitable business with large FM companies across the UK. Your success in this role will be limited only by your ability to build long-standing, strategic partnerships.
Various UK verticals have been targeted in recent years which have proven to be extremely successful due to the quality and effectiveness of the overall product range. In this role, you will have full responsibility for growing the UK Facilities Management sector, mainly targeting large FM companies who in turn trade with Banks, Retailers, Shopping Centres and Office Blocks. In terms of sales process, you will be expected to profile customers correctly, adopt the correct approach strategy, define the customers’ entire decision-making unit while creating demand and securing profitable agreements which can range from £100k to £1m per year.
You will design and implement the overall strategic account planning process for this division with support from internal sales, support and marketing teams.
